WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I, recognize and understand the risks of physical injury inherent to dance and dance training, and I fully assume those risks. I release Baila DC, its event sponsors, employees, staff, volunteers, and dance instructors from all liability for injuries sustained or illnesses contracted during any Baila DC-related activities. I agree to cover any costs or legal matters to protect Baila DC, its employees, and dance instructors in case of accidental harm to any person or property.

PROTECTION OF PROPERTY

I understand and agree that it is my sole responsibility to safeguard my personal property during any company-related activities. I release Baila DC, its affiliate dance studios, event sponsors, employees, and dance instructors from liability for loss or damage to my personal property. I also agree to abide by any rules set forth by Baila DC.

MEDICAL ATTENTION

In case of physical injury or medical emergency, I authorize Baila DC to transport me to a medical treatment facility at my sole cost and expense.

PHOTO RELEASE

Baila DC reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during company-related events for instruction, advertising, and promotion.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF WAIVER

By signing this Release, I acknowledge that I am fully aware of the risks associated with participating in Baila DC related activities. I understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others' negligence, conditions related to travel to and from the activity, or conditions at the activity location(s). Nonetheless, I voluntarily assume all related risks, both known and unknown to me, by signing this document.I affirm that I have carefully read and understood the content of the release of liability waiver agreement before signing. I acknowledge that I sign this document of my own free will. Furthermore, I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and fully competent to sign this agreement. I also confirm that there are no health-related reasons or problems preventing or limiting my participation in this activity. Additionally, I agree to cover any medical costs that may arise as a result of injury during the course of Baila DC related activity.
