Our Turn Patterns & Styling series is designed for dancers who want to strengthen their understanding of foundational salsa concepts and enhance their partner work technique. From advanced beginners wanting to take their skills to the next level to intermediate dancers wanting to strengthen their social dancing technique, students will benefit from taking a deep dive into bridging basic salsa movements to more complex turn patterns while maintaining simplicity and clean execution.
*Note: this class is ideal for Level 3 and above dancers who want to refine their body movement & styling technique and enhance their timing and musicality

Do I need to bring a partner?
You do not need to bring a partner. You will partner up during class and we rotate partners often.
We recommend shoes that have ankle-straps (support) with medium-height heels, any flat-bottom shoes with a smooth surface, or regular dance/ballroom shoes with a suede bottom. Avoid wearing shoes that have thick rubber soles such as sneakers, clogs, boots or flip-flops.
Parking: There is a parking lot and parking deck across the street from the Roda Movements studio that require payment via meter or the Park Mobile app.
Metro Access: Take the Red Line to the Wheaton Metro stop. The studio is accessible by the Wheaton Metrobus lines (C2, C4, Y2, Y7, and Y8).
All sales are non-refundable. You must complete use all 6 classes in the current cycle. It cannot be used or extended for future workshops/cycles. It cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
